Reindeer Flight Command
Planning, coordinating, and safely executing global sleigh operations every Christmas Eve.
Mission Statement

Flight Procedures & Safety
Reindeer Flight Command maintains a comprehensive set of procedures covering every phase of operations, from stable departure to final rooftop approach. All procedures are reviewed annually and updated in accordance with the latest cookie-distribution patterns and chimney density reports.
- Pre-Flight: Antler inspections, harness checks, cocoa hydration, and hoof warmups.
- En Route: Sleigh-speed modulation, reindeer rotation scheduling, and stealth-mode engagement.
- Approach & Landing: Rooftop alignment, silent touchdown, chimney access protocols.
- Post-Flight: Cool-down trot, snack recovery period, and stable debriefing.
All reindeer undergo year-round training in snowy terrains, urban rooftop environments, and variable cookie conditions. Flight simulations may involve practice landings on model cities constructed by the Elf Urban Planning Bureau.
